TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale apply to sales made between Hotel Jangle (Paris Charles De Gaulle Airport - Rue de la Chapelle - 77990 LE MESNIL-AMELOT) and the Customer.
Prices include VAT. Visitor's tax, governmental or local taxes may be requested in addition and will be paid on site. The amount of the tourist tax is likely to vary according to the legal provisions which could be taken.
The Conditions of Sale for the fare booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking.
All reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of an initial deposit, with the balance due prior to the customer's arrival under the following conditions:
FREEDOM RATE
- WARRANTY POLICY :
A credit card guarantee will be required on booking. The balance is payable on site at the hotel.
- CANCELLATION POLICY :
Cancellation free of charge up to 12:00 (12:00 GMT-1:00) before the arrival date. In the event of late cancellation or no-show, the amount received will be retained as a cancellation fee.
FLEXIBLE RATE
- WARRANTY POLICY :
A 50% deposit will be charged on booking. The balance is payable on arrival at the hotel.
- CANCELLATION POLICY :
Cancellation free of charge up to 24 hours (12:00 GMT-1:00) before arrival date. In the event of late cancellation or no show, the full amount of the booking will be collected as a cancellation fee.
NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-CANCELLABLE RATES
- WARRANTY POLICY :
The total amount of the reservation, excluding taxes, will be debited at the time of booking.
- CANCELLATION POLICY :
In the event of cancellation or no-show, the amount collected will be retained as a cancellation fee.
**Our cancellation conditions and policies are subject to change according to the different seasons (Summer - Winter - Trade fair periods ...).

The Conditions of Sale for the fare booked specify the terms and conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the booking.
Cancellation by the hotelier
The reservation contract may be terminated by the hotel owner, without any right to compensation, in the event of force majeure or if the hotel is unable to operate. Any deposits paid by the customer will be refunded.
CONDITIONS OF STAY & LIABILITY
At the time of booking, you will be asked for the number of people - adults and children - occupying the room, as well as the first and last names of each person. Under no circumstances may the number of people exceed the room's maximum capacity.
Pets under 9 kg are welcome. A pet supplement must be paid on booking or on arrival at the hotel.
Rooms available :
On arrival at the hotel, your card will be pre-authorized as a guarantee.
Arrival: We will do our best to have your room ready as soon as possible. Please note, however, that this will not be possible until 4:00 pm. Departure: Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am.
For late departures, please contact reception. Additional charges may apply. Any extras consumed by guests must be paid for on the day of departure by credit card or in cash at reception.
The Customer undertakes to respect private and communal areas and will be held responsible for any damage caused. Any behavior contrary to public decency or public order will lead the hotel management to ask the Customer to leave the establishment without compensation or reimbursement.
A set of house rules is available on the premises. Please read and respect them.
Claims
Any request for a specific orientation or accommodation characteristic is considered as a preference and does not constitute a contractual guarantee. They do not entitle you to any compensation.
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you have a complaint, please let us know when you arrive at the hotel, or send us a written request within 10 days.
